First Landing State Park is home to so much history. As the site of the historic Jamestown landing, this park is Virginia's most visited state park, and with good reason. With supreme views of nature and a scenic location on the Chesapeake Bay, this park offers stunning overlooks year-round!
To appreciate the park in autumn, stop by the First Landing Fall Festival, taking place 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2014. At this special seasonal event, attendees will be able to enjoy the park's finest autumn views, as well as participate in hay rides, s'more roasting, and much more. Children are sure to have a great time decorating pumpkins and doing crafts.
